Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to credit packs and subscription plans purchased on Realty Cafe, operated by Realevo Datatek Private Limited.

Credits used in the app

• A connect request holds credits and charges them only if the other agent accepts. If it is declined, withdrawn, expires after 7 days, or the listing closes first, the held credits return to you automatically.
• If an admin removes a listing, pending requests on it are declined and the held credits return to the requesting agents.

Refunds on purchases

• Failed or duplicate payments: if you were charged but credits were not added, or were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Unused credit packs: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used.
• Credits that have been used, and free credits (signup, referral, verification bonuses), are not refundable.

Write to support@realtycafe.in with your registered mobile number and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. Partial periods are not refunded.
