Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Realevo Datatek Private Limited ("Realty Cafe", "we") for using realtycafe.in and the Realty Cafe app. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use Realty Cafe

Realty Cafe is for real estate agents, brokers and their firms in India. You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including your RERA registration number where the law requires you to have one.

2. Your listings

• You may post only properties you are authorised to market, with accurate details and genuine photos of that property.
• You are responsible for having the owner's consent to share their details with agents you accept.
• Mark listings closed when they are sold, rented, leased or withdrawn. Listings may be hidden or removed if they are reported, inaccurate, duplicated or break these terms.
• Photos and videos are screened automatically; explicit, violent or unrelated content is removed.

3. Connecting and co-broking

Realty Cafe introduces agents to each other. Any brokerage arrangement (side by side or a shared percentage) is an agreement between the agents involved. We are not a party to it, do not collect brokerage, and are not responsible for disputes between agents, owners or clients, although we may help resolve reports made through the app.

4. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid way to use features such as posting listings and sending connect requests. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a deposit or wallet balance.
• Free credits (signup, referral, verification bonuses) may change or be withdrawn for misuse, including creating multiple accounts.
• Current credit costs are shown in the app and on our pricing page and may change; requests already sent are charged at the amount held when they were sent.
• Paid credits and plans, when available, are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse other agents' private listing details, contact owners to bypass the agent who shared them, scrape or copy listings in bulk, impersonate anyone, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host, display and process it to run the service, including showing it to other agents as described in our Privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Realty Cafe available and accurate but provide it "as is". Listing information comes from agents; verify important details before any transaction. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Realty Cafe and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@realtycafe.in. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion except as stated in our refund policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
